The first ad i saw J.G Wentworth and it had bandwagon because there were a whole bunch of people in it seeming to be happier when they called G.J Wentworth. They had a transfer to because the company made it seem like there bussiness was better and wanted to get that idea across better. They also had salience, which would have been there slogan line which was "877 cash now". They say this repeatedly to get it stuck in your head and so it stay there for awhile.
The other ad i saw was a gatorade commercial with Tiger Woods in it. This it testimonial because they have there product be adversited by a pro athlete which makes it seem like its better. They also used bandwagon because they had other people drinking it and they ended playin good in the sport making it look better than it really is. Another one the tactics they used was strawman. They made a easy arguement that gatorade was better than water and people end up buying it because they make it sound better.
